SMNNERY Value congruence is one of the
concerned issues for scholars as wellas practitioners. This
study has two primary purposes:first,to establish a complete
model of value congruence,including its antecedents and
consequences.This study focus on how HRM practices of the
organizations impact on employees''value congruence,and
,therefor,how value congruence play as a mediator on the
relationshipbetween specific HRM practice and organizational
commitment,organizational citizenshipbehavior The results
indicate perceived value congruence of organizational members
mediatedthe relationship between organizational communication
style perceived by emplyoee andtheir intention to remain ; true
value congruence of organizational member mediated the
relationship between organizational performance appraisal and
organizational commitment.
