摘 要  本研究之主要目的在編製「倫理辨識量表」、設計「諮商倫理教學方案」及運用「諮商倫理教學方案」進行諮商倫理教學實驗研究,以比較不同諮商倫理教學方式之教學效果差異。在教學實驗部份,本研究採取替代性前測之前後測世代設計實驗法,以「兩難情境測驗」為替代性前測,以前後兩屆之彰化師大輔導系三年級學生為實驗對象,先後兩年分別進行「短期式密集研習」與「學期式課程教學」之倫理教學實驗,並以「倫理辨識量表」與「倫理判斷量表」進行後測與三個月之追蹤測。  本研究所得之研究結果如下:一、「倫理辨識量表」是評估倫理教育成效的適切工具。二、「諮商倫理教學方案」可提供實施學期式課程教學與短期式密集研習之參考。三、諮商倫理教學內容對教學效果之影響,大於教學方式。四、「諮商倫理教學與研究模式」可做為諮商專業人員進行倫理教學與研究的參考。針對上述之研究結果,研究者並提出對未來進行諮商倫理教學與研究之建議。
The Inventory developing ,Program Formulating and Teaching Experiment of the Counseling Ethics Education .Chih-Hung WangAbstract The purpose of this study was to develop an Ethical Discrimination Inventory(EDI), to formulate a Counseling Ethics Teaching Program(CETP) and to implement the CETP and EDI for exploring the differences of teaching effects between different teaching format(formal course and intensive workshop) . The pretest-posttest cohort design was adopted. The Dilemma Situation Test was administrated as a substitute of pretest, the Ethical Judgment Scale and EDT were taken for the post-tests and the 3-months follow-up-tests. The third-grade students from the Department of Guidance of National Changhua University of Education were selected as samples. 17 students joined the intensive training group. 40 students joined the formal course group. The findings of this study were as follows:1. The EDI is an effective tool for the evaluation of the effects of counseling ethics education .2. The CETP is quite appropriate for ethics teaching.3. The content component of counseling ethics teaching has more influences on the teaching outcomes than the format or method .4. The Counseling Ethics Teaching and Research Model is a good framework of reference for Ethics teaching and research. Based on these findings, the researcher of this study provides further discussions and suggestions for future ethics education and research.
