隨著經濟快速發展和結合資訊科技的運用,整個銷售流程將壓縮至很短的時間內,使得生產者與消費者間的距離將會大幅縮小,並會對產銷體系產生重大衝擊,因此企業如何經濟且有效率提升整個配送速度,已成為重要課題。許多企業為降低中間轉運費用、節省管理及儲存的成本,紛紛擬成立物流中心,以作為降低成本、提高利潤之手段。
物流中心的發展旨在提昇物流效率,係目前我國重要經濟活動的一環,現代化企業不僅須有效運用有限資源,同時須具有更大籌管理彈性和針對市場需求快速反應之能力,以提升本身競爭力,而面對不確定的經濟環境,發展更具彈性、開放環境,並有效運用國際間資源以獲致最大利潤,已是一全面性的趨勢。
由於物流中心具有商品之配送、暫存、揀取、分類、流通加工、保管、採購及產品設計開發等多方面的功能,因而遂成為現今流通業發展的主流。而物流所扮演的角色更已從物品送達轉變成如何妥善尋求最佳的物品配送方式,以提升配送效率和有效降低倉儲成本、及建構最佳物流配送模式,故有必要針對整個物流體系加以妥善規劃,以發揮應有功效,而居樞紐之物流中心的區位更是關鍵。故本研究主要目的有:
一. 了解物流中心現況與未來發展趨勢。
二. .探討物流中心設置區位選擇之關鍵因素,及其相對權重。
三. 利用皮爾遜積差相關係數探討第二層級各因素與第一層級之相關性。
四. 探討專家學者與物流業者在區位選擇因素看法上之差異性。
因此本文乃從物流中心的功能分析,並考量物流中心在整體物流體系中活動行為,利用階層分析法(AHP)以獲致設立考量因素權重,並進一步探討物流業者和專家學者對區位選擇因素看法之差異,在研究結果中得到二者在成本、物流網路、通訊設施與人口特性等因素的權重已達顯著的統計差異,而在其他因素部分則無明顯差異,亦即代表物流業者和專家學者在這些區位選擇因素上的看法並無差異存在,而此分析結果亦能提供相關決策者更加完整的區位選擇考量資訊。
With rapid economy growth and the application of information technology, sales distribution period is getting shorter. The shorten in distance between consumer and producer produces new impact on the production industry. Therefore, how to improve freight distribution more economical and efficient has become an important issue of the industry. The industrial establish the distribution centers to lower the transfer cost and the cost of management and storage, for the purpose of lower costs and heighten benefit.
Development of freight distribution centers is aimed at increasing the efficiency in the goods movement. It is one of the important national economic activities. Modern enterprise needs to not only make full use of the limited available resources but also have more management flexibility and faster reaction to the market to increase its overall competence. Facing the uncertain economical environment, the enterprise’s overall trend is to develop a more flexible and open environment and to take advantage of international resources to achieve maximum profitability.
The distribution centers hold several functions, so it became the mainstream of the business logistics. The role of freight distribution has focused not only on the delivery of the freight but also how to manage the distribution of the freight, in order to minimize warehouse cost, increase delivery efficiency and to develop a best freight delivery system. Thus, the location decision of distribution centers got important status, for the competition of the future business logistics. The thesis got four main purposes:
1.Holding the situation of distribution centers now, and the future-developing trend.
2. Probing into the critical factors of the distribution centers location decision, and it’s relative important degree.
3.To discuss the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient of the critical factors.
4.To obtain the difference of the weights in the selection factors of a distribution center between the enterprise proprietors and specialists.
This study analyzes the function and activities behavior of the freight distribution centers, and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the weight of main consideration factors. Furthermore, it discusses the difference of the weights in the selection factors of a distribution center between the enterprise proprietors and specialists. The results of this study shows that deviation exists among manufacture cost, freight distribution network, communication facilities, and population characteristics. Those information can be helpful to decision makers in the selection of a freight distribution center.
