飲食不均衡可能導致疾病或肥胖的發生。因此,人們必須攝取足夠的熱量與營養來維持身體健康。事實上,每個人所需的熱量與營養會受到年齡、性別、身高、體重而有所影響。因此,如何在上述的因子下同時達到熱量與營養素的需求目標對現代人來說是相當重要的一件事。有鑑於此,本研究採用了多重選擇目標規劃(Multi-choice goal programming,MCGP)方法來發展出個人化的飲食決策支援模型以解決此問題,最後並將此模型整合到一個決策支援系統中,其主要貢獻如下:(1)本系統可協助使用者依據個人所需的熱量與營養設計出個人化的菜單;(2)使用者可透過本系統紀錄日常生活的飲食狀況;(3)本系統可以協助使用者瞭解個人的飲食狀況並且提出相關的分析與建議。
Imbalance diet might cause disease or obese. To maintain health, people must intake an appropriate amount of calories and nutrients. In fact, the calories and nutrients required by every individual are influenced by different age, gender, height and weight factors. The decision problem of how to balance calories and nutrients considering the abovementioned factors is an important issue for modern people. Based on the above factors, we adopt multi-choice goal programming (MCGP) to develop a personal diet decision support model in order to deal with the diet balance problem. This model is then applied to the establishment of a decision support system, which has the following functions: (1) this system allows a user to design the diet menu according to the individual needs of calories and nutrients, (2) the system is able to record and keep the track of each individual users daily diet, (3) this system also provides related customized suggestions and analytical results for helping the users to understand their diet status.
