Even though the well development of the cloud technology can promote a significant improvement on enterprise’s internal processes and its operational efficiency. But before this upgrade, the enterprise should figure out and understand the crucial factor that will affect the interactions between employees, customers, as well as cooperation enterprises. Therefore, for helping enterprises to develop an effective business strategy and increase business satisfaction, the purpose of this study focuses on analyzing the influence of the crucial factors on the application of cloud services, as well as evaluating the possibility of increasing the business value due to the application of cloud service.
First, besides the induction approach is adopted as the main method to explore the cloud services, as well as concentrate and integrate the key concepts. Five crucial factors affecting the cloud services included, they are technology acceptance, top management support, organization learning, environment change and perceived risk, as well as cloud service applications and business value.
Second, this study provides a questionnaire survey of 1,000 large enterprises in Taiwan for verifying research model and hypotheses, and SPSS conducts its empirical analysis. According to the total 269 valid responses, the result finds that the five crucial factors to the application of the cloud services have influenced degree. The application of cloud services to business value has influenced degree.
This research also investigates the influence of the five sub-variables of the factors on the implement group, non-implement groups and the samples of all subjects, the affection about the application of the cloud services on business value based on type of the employees, customers and cooperation enterprises also included. The result of this study indicates the six similar influences on these three groups mentioned above. They are: first, technology acceptance has relations with the anticipant results, being beneficial to work, the simple operating interface, and the productivity promotion. Second, the top management’s support indicates the tight/loose connection with the importance and necessity of cloud service, and adequate resource distribution. Third, organization learning has relations with organization’s maturity and attitude. Forth, the environment affects the strength of industry competition, and supplier recommendation. And fifth, the perceived risk exists in the security and the stability of connection needed. Finally, the application of cloud services has relations with the resource of services downloaded, the record of transactions searched, and the relationship of enterprises strengthened.
