題名:文創聚落社會網絡建構之研究-以臺北市都市再生前進基地為例

近年臺灣逐漸重視當初自然有機式聚集的創意街區與聚落對都市空間發展之重要性,並亦藉由實體空間與虛擬空間的建立,形成多元的文創產業群落形態,同時建置產業分工與跨領域整合的架構,此展視臺灣的文創能量源源不絕的生命力。然而聚落的有機發展過程中,其實是一個團體合作的結果,亦是團體效能的呈現,故組織間的網絡關係,構成整個聚落,且各種資訊及資源在網絡成員中相互取得和交換,聚落居民或進駐者乃代表社會網絡結構中的個體,而聚落內的個體,藉由參與正式和非正式的制度與機制,個體成員得以產生互動並連結在一起,亦即成為聚落網絡結構中的群體,共同參與聚落成長議題並解決共同問題,以達成共同目的和利益,進而產生聚落群體的共識。
然而本研究將聚焦研析文創聚落與社會網絡間的影響關係,並透過臺北市都市再生前進基地(URS)為驗證對象,探討文創聚落在社會網絡中主體行動者的創新發酵下,所產生空間群聚的連結強度與創新社會結構系統,並分析兩者間的互動關係,與建構地方產業創新的社會網絡系統。然而此網絡系統乃由數個主體群所構成,並由主體群的主體行動者所互動產生的網絡平台,同時透過文獻分析與專家訪談,研析該網絡平台存在著文化觸媒(Culture Catalyst)、經濟協力(Economic Collaboration)及創新夥伴(Innovation Partner)的相互擾動關係。
經由上述所建構文創聚落之社會網絡平台,分析產業與空間群聚的社會脈絡變遷,及對社會網絡集中程度及連結強度,並建構聚落群體間的發展指標,後藉由社會網絡分析(Social Network Analysis,SNA)之Ucinet 6.0軟體,繪製文創聚落與社會網絡的關係模式,據此釐清文創產業與聚落形成的創新結構系統,與建構地方產業創新系統。
In recent years, Taiwan has been paying more and more attention to the importance of naturally and organically formed creative streets and villages in the urban spatial development. Physical space and virtual space form diversified cultural and creative industrial clusters. On top of this, division of labor and cross-field integration show the endless energy of Taiwan’s cultural and creative industry. However the organic development of villages is the result of teamwork and manifestation of team effectiveness. The network between organizations forms the entire village, with information and resources changing hands among members in the network. Village residents or members represent individuals in a social network. The individuals in villages, through participating in formal and informal systems and institutions, interact and connect with one another and therefore form groups in the network of such villages. These groups will participate in the growth of the villages and solve common issues to reach common objective and interests and therefore establish consensus of a group in a village.
This study aims to explore and analyze how cultural & creative villages and social networks influence each other. Using Taipei City’s Urban Regeneration Stations (URS) as the subject, this study explores how cultural and creative villages, under the innovation of the main action-takers in social networks, establish connections (and the connection strength) between spatial villages and innovative social structures and analyzes the interaction between the two and the social network system that brings innovation to the local industry. This network system consists of several subject groups and it is the main actors from these subject groups that build such a network platform through their interactions. At the meantime, this study, through literature analysis and interviews with experts, explores the interactions between culture catalysts, economic collaborations and innovation partners in such a network platform.
This study uses the social network platform in cultural and creative villages to analyze the change of social context in the industry and spatial villages, how centralized and connected a social network is and establish development indicators for villages. Next this study uses Ucinet 6.0, software for social network analysis, to draw the relationship pattern between cultural and creative villages and social networks. The relationship pattern will clarify the innovative structure system from the cultural and creative industry and villages and establish a creative system and network for the local industry.
