商業生態系统的概念起,至今已有數十年,惟因為產業環境因科技化應用如網際網路、雲端運算、大數據、行動化及穿戴式裝置等發展,產業智慧化等發展趨勢,如今商業生態系統的內涵似有些變化,因此其評估模式亦應有所調整。本研究旨在針對當今產業環境下,企業欲導入商業生態系時之評估建立一有系統之評估模式。
本研究以中小企業為研究標的產業,並以模糊德爾菲法(FDelphi)和模糊層級分析法(FAHP)為研究方法。文中,欲針對中小企業之群聚和和商業生態系統之生命週期等作探討。希望藉此模式建立,可提供產業在實施其商業生態系建立時之評估。
It has been decades since the concept of a business ecosystem. However, because of the development of technological applications such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data, mobile and wearable devices, and the development of industrial intelligence, the industrial environment is now The connotation of the business ecosystem seems to have changed, so its evaluation model should also be adjusted. The purpose of this research is to establish a systematic evaluation model for the evaluation when companies want to introduce a business ecosystem in today's industrial environment.
This research takes small and medium-sized enterprises as the research target industry, and uses Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDelphi) and Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Method (FAHP) as research methods. In this article, I would like to discuss the clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises and the business ecosystem of the life cycle. It is hoped that the establishment of this model can provide an evaluation for the industry when it implements the establishment of its business ecosystem.
