題名:國際化與品牌價值對經營績效之影響-比較不同控制型態之企業

過去許多文獻將企業分為家族及非家族企業後進行各種主題研究,但鮮少文獻將家族及非家族企業做更細部控制型態分類探討,並考量企業控制型態是否存在轉變之現象及轉變之類型。本研究以2007年至2021年台灣上市上櫃企業做為研究對象,將企業依據不同最終控制者進行分類後,探討國際化及品牌價值兩個重要議題對不同控制型態企業經營績效之影響,同時亦考量企業控制型態可能發生轉變之情形,因此將企業分為控制型態維持不變及發生轉變兩種類型。
經研究結果顯示,不論企業之控制型態為維持不變或發生轉變,研發支出密集度、市價總資產比、企業規模及負債比率均與企業經營績效呈現正負向一致性的顯著關係,顯見為影響企業經營績效之重要觀察指標。另對不同控制型態企業產生不同影響之變數,包含控制型態維持不變之出口銷售額比例、廣告支出密集度、關係人銷貨比及台灣國際品牌價值評選是否獲獎,以及控制型態發生轉變前後正負向關係並非呈現一致性影響之關係人銷貨比及廣告支出密集度,需特別留意觀察在不同控制型態下對企業經營績效所造成之不同影響。
In the past, many literatures divided enterprises into family and non-family enterprises and conducted research on various themes, but few literatures classified family and non-family enterprises into more detailed control types, and considered whether there is a phenomenon of change in corporate control types and changes of type. This study takes Taiwan's listed OTC companies from 2007 to 2021 as the research object. After classifying the companies according to different ultimate controllers, it explores the impact of two important issues of internationalization and brand value on the operating performance of companies with different control types. At the same time, it also considers the situation that the control type of the enterprise may change, so the enterprise is divided into two types: the control type remains unchanged and the change occurs.
The research results show that regardless of whether the control type of the enterprise remains unchanged or changes, the research and development intensity, the ratio of market value to total assets, the size of the enterprise, and the ratio of liabilities all have a significant positive and negative relationship with the operating performance of the enterprise, which is obviously An important observation index that affects the business performance of the enterprise. In addition, variables that have different impacts on enterprises with different control types include the proportion of export sales that remain unchanged under the control type, the intensity of advertising expenditures, the sales ratio of related parties, and whether they have won awards in Taiwan's international brand value evaluation, as well as the occurrence of control types. The positive and negative relationship before and after the change does not show a consistent impact on the sales ratio and advertising intensity of related parties. Special attention should be paid to observe the different impacts on corporate operating performance under different control types.
