Following the former study of "The application study of long-distant assessment and education system in special education," the purpose of this study was to find the factors of improving long-distant assessment and education system in special-education-consulting. The subjects included the consultants and the help-seekers(including parents, teachers, and students). After each consulting, we interviewed the subjects one by one. With quality analysis, we found the long-distant assessment and education system was effective in the special-education-consulting. And we also got the factors what we wanted to find in this study. The results brought us some suggestions on using the system in the future. We made strict demands on the process and got good validity and reliability in this study.
