" 數字圖書館自主知識產權 " 的新概念， 然后著重論述了數字圖書館信息貿源的知識產權
管理以及當前數字圖書館建設中應特別重視的幾個知識產權問題。

This paper discusses the new characteristics of digital library and its
effect on the intellectual property system, puts forward the new concept of
digital library's own intellectual property never before, and mainly expounds
the management of the intellectual property on digital library's information
resources and the present intellectual property questions to which should be pay
more attention.
