本研究是探討社區慢性精神分裂患者於支持性團體過程中，不同發展 階段所呈現的特徵及成員們所關注的主題，藉由社會支持及小團體的特性與力量 以達到治療性效果。參與本研究的病患共8位，研究者將團體過程記錄採內容分 析法，進行歸納，結果如下：成員們出現最多個別性探索與共鳴的團體議題為「疾 病經驗」及「過去創傷」。「疾病經驗」中，可分為四階段：休克、面對事實、失 落及釋然或麻木；「過去創傷」部份則包括：求學歷程、家庭、朋友及工作等層 面。

　　　　　The purpose of this study was to explore the process of supportive group in community –dwelling schizophrenic patients, and the characteristics of different developing stages and the issues of patients' concerns. Using the features of small groups and the strengths of social support to reach the therapeutic effects. There were eight participants in this study and group process recordings were inducted and gathered by content analysis. The findings from the results were as follow: The group issues that individuals explored and reflected each other most were illness experience and past trauma. The experience of illness includes: shock, faceing reality, loss and acceptance or indifference; past trauma includes the experience in school, family, friends and job.
