Whipple手術範圍因牽涉多種器官，是一種複雜的手術，且其合併症發 生率高達40%，故在病人照護上是一種挑戰。護理人員在提供此類病人護理照護 時，應包含手術前病人之焦慮問題以及相關訊息的提供，手術後的感染預防，疼 痛處置、營養支持及身體心像的問題，手術前後適當的護理照護，有助於病人恢 復最大的身心功能狀態。本文限於篇幅，故僅就營養支持、感染預防及身體心像 問題做探討，以提供護理人員照護參考。

　　　　　Whipple operation (pancreaticoduodenectomy) involoving multi-organ resections, is a complicated surgery. The rate of complication is up to 40 percent. It's challenge for nurses to offer good patient care. Relieving of anxiety and offering related information are the focus of the preoperative period. The patients' needs during the postoperative stage emphasizes on infection prevention, pain management, nutritional support, and body-image care.
