題名:學前聽覺障礙兒童同儕互動能力之探討

  本文主旨在了解學前聽障兒童與同儕互動的情形、探究發生困難的原因,及思考協助的方法。同儕互動上聽障兒童較一般兒童孤立、被動,且量、質均有限,確實有待引導。而歸納影響互動的因素,有聽障兒童的聽力程度、溝通能力、互動機會、社會技巧;一般兒童有動機不足、未接受過與聽障兒童溝通的技巧訓練,以致二者間有溝通方法不當、彼此熟悉程度不夠的困擾。至於促進聽障兒童與人互動的方法,包括增進聽障兒童的溝通能力、重視安置環境的女排。建議使用的策略則包括減少與教師的互動、重視教室活動的結構、社會技巧的介入、熟悉度與強力接觸、同儕中介的介入、及引導非障礙兒童等。
