The purpose of this study was to understand the learning conditions of primary nursing practicum of nursing students and related factors. Data were collected from structured questionnaires that were designed by the researchers. The results showed: (1)The students diden't interest in primary nursing practicum but dentify that was the basic of the professional nursing curriculum. Teacher's teaching was helpful to the students when they were demonstrating each other but bothering to the teacher's stantard. Students satisfied with their learning enviroment and recognized that teacher's attitude would affect their interesting of nursing.(2)The students more interested in nursing would get higher score in nursing skills. There was a statistically significant rise in rate of learning motivation after practicum.(3) The ability of students' communication, writing, nursing diagnosis and nursing records need to be emphasized. Besides, the most confuse of nursing students was the differences in skills between the clinical setting and school. So we suggested the theory should adjust the practice and to improve teaching method of Basic Nursing Practicum and interesting of students' learning.
