本文的研主旨有四，(一)說明軍隊與工商企業是兩種不同的組織類型，並從軍事組 織角度，解釋人力資源的意義與人力資源管理的內涵；(二)剖析巨視層面、微視層面與組織 層面對於人力資源管理的研究方向各有不同，本文是從組織層面與微視層面的互動途徑來探 討研究主題，並解釋這就是組織社會心理約的研究取向；(三)說明軍事文與軍事社會化具有 互為體用之關係，根據前面第一部份與第二部份的探討結果，進一步從理論上來分析軍事文 化與軍事社會化，他們分別與人力資源管理的理論性關係。目前國內關於人力資源管理在軍 事組織上的應用，文獻不多，尤其是從組織社會心理學的角度來探討，更是少見；有鑑於此， 本文擬從理論性的探討開始，然後根據論性研究的探討結果，進一步提出軍事組織人力資源 管理未來的研究方向。

　　　　　There are several purposes about this article, including to investigate the significance the of human resources management in military institution, to search for the relation between human resources and military socialization, to prospect for the relation between human resources and military culture, and to discuss how to study these issues from organizational social psychology approach. There are few references about that human resources management apply in military organization, especially to explore these issues from organizational social psychology approach rarely ever. Therefore, this article mainly make an attempt at theoretical investigation, then according to the discussion point out the future study of human resources management in military organization.
