There are several purposes about this article, including to investigate the significance the of human resources management in military institution, to search for the relation between human resources and military socialization, to prospect for the relation between human resources and military culture, and to discuss how to study these issues from organizational social psychology approach. There are few references about that human resources management apply in military organization, especially to explore these issues from organizational social psychology approach rarely ever. Therefore, this article mainly make an attempt at theoretical investigation, then according to the discussion point out the future study of human resources management in military organization.
