本研究專案是以品質概念架構,在供應中心成立一個品管小組，就其“可行性”的考量結果，將傳統的“等候顧客上門”物料交換流程，修正為“物料自動補給”方式。 以問卷調查67位護理人員，對簡化物料交換流程的滿意度及交換時間的節省作為本研究專案成效評估的依據,所得結果顯示： 一、滿意度方面： （一)經前後之滿意度差異分析，均達統計顯著之水準。 （二)護理人員對物料交換流程之滿意度由54.4%提昇至75.4% （三)其中由被動補給的滿意度46.5%，提昇至改變物料自動補給的滿意度87.75% 二、舊有的物料交換時間平均每日為129分23秒，實施新流程後每日為77分51秒，可節省51分32秒;經分析已達統計上之顯著差異。

　　　　　This project employed the concept of FOCUS, a P-D-C-A study framework. A quality control section was established in a supply center and then designed according to applicability. A material exchange process is generally conducted by employing the concept of “passive and waiting for the customer supply on demand”. In this study, the above concept was modified into“active and automatic supply” This study is based on results obtained from a questionnaire investigation of 67 nursing staff concerning the simplification of material exchange. Responses regarding both satisfaction and time saving measures form the basis of the efficiency evaluation of this project. The results reveal: 1.Satisfaction: （1) Satisfaction relating to material exchange of the nursing staff increased from 54.4% to 75.4%. （2) Within this increase, satisfaction regarding passive supply equaled 45.6% and satisfaction regarding active supply equaled 87.7%. 2.The time consumed employing passive supply equaled 129 minutes and 23 seconds per day and the time consumed employing active supply equaled 77 minutes and 51 seconds per day. Therefore, the time saved by employing the new method equaled 51 minutes and 32 seconds.
