本文基於使用者觀點，深入探討檢索互動前後使用者檢索概念的變化情形與影響因素，以瞭解其檢索過程中變化行為背後的思考方式，並對系統設計或使用指導理念的改進有所啟示，進而節省時間精力的耗費，提高完成整個任務的效率。 本文共蒐集30位具資訊需求的碩士班研究生所進行的30次有效檢索互動過程及訪談紀錄，依研究目的發展六種互動回饋類型及其細類作為探討檢索互動變化因素的分析架構。研究結果歸納檢索概念的變化得出「廣泛化」、「專指化」、「新增」、「合併」與「刪減」等五種變化類型；在影響變化的互動回饋類型出現頻率方面，出現頻率最多者均為「認知回饋」，尤其是「與檢索目的有關的認知回饋」；影響遍及五種變化的互動回饋細類僅有「檢出結果回饋」及「與檢索目的有關的認知回饋」兩種。

　　　　　This article explores types of changes in search concept and identifies factors influencing them during information retrieval interactions. 5 types of changes were identified, including “broadening”, “specification”, “addition”, “combination”, and “deletion”. 6 main types of interactive feedbacks are developed as a framework to examine the factors influencing the changes, including “search term feedback”, “magnitude feedback”, “search result feedback”, “instruction feedback”, “cognition feedback”, and “feelings feedback”. Implications for interface design of information retrieval system and further research are discussed.
