     具有領導才能之資優學生,如果透過特殊教育培養其優勢能力,未來在社會上將會成為優秀的領導人才,是個人之福,亦是社會之福。本文首先探討資優教育之課程發展,再而說明具領才能之資優學生之特徵、課程發展,最後探討有效的教學策略,其目的是要對具領導才能之資優學生的教學能有所助益。
