     知識管理是近年來企業界與學術界最熱門的研究議題,而圖書館一向以管理人類知識的機構自居,對此一議題自然不能置身於外。本文界定知識的定義和種類、介紹知識管理的概念及相關理論,之後探討知識管理對圖書館的影響,文末筆者從專門圖書館員的角色、一般圖書館如何應用知識管理的概念,以及圖書館提供企業知識管理所需的組織外資訊等角度,探討圖書館員如何因應知識管理的風潮。
     Knowledge management becomes a hot topic of the business and academic world recently. As an institution that has been always managing human knowledge, the library can't be excluded from this topic. This article describes definitions and categories of knowledge, introduces concepts and theories of knowledge management, and then explores the impact of KM on librarianship. At the end, the author tries to propose how librarians can reflect to the rising trend of KM from three aspects.
