本研究旨在探討家長參與學校教育的相關議題。為達成研究目的，本研究採用德懷術來匯集專家對於家長參與學校教育的意見，其中包括11位理論專家及12位實務專家，共計23位專家參與本研究三回合的問卷調查。資料分析的方法包括次數分配及t考驗等。 本研究結果指出，社會變遷帶來家庭結構的改變、產生家庭問題、但也有正面影響；學校需因應家庭的改變；家長參與學校教育有其必要性；家庭與學校應發展合夥的關係；家長參與學校教育方案的主要成份包括目標、規劃、實施、行政支援、及評鑑等；家長參與學校教育的有效策略包括親職、溝通、義工、作決定、及與社區合作等。

The purpose of this study was to obtain experts' opinions on parent involvement issues. There were 23 experts answered the three-round Delphi survey. The criteria for consensus were established, including that: (1) at least 60% of the experts must be in agreement; and (2) there is no significant change in views between round two and round three. The results included six themes, including the impact of the changing society on families, schools' approaches to work with changing families, the reasons for parents to invlove in schools, the home-school relationship, essential elements of a parent involvement program, and effective parent involvement strategies.
