The essential goal of this article is to examine the Hakka interrogative sentences, which are classified into four categories, particle interrogatives, selective interrogatives, tag questions, and wh-questions. In addition, we also discuss the focus of interrogatives and particles for replying. The conclusion is that while these four types of interrogatives are different from each other, there is some overlapping in nature.
