目的：翻譯並修訂中文版戴氏創傷量表（Davidson Trauma Scale, 簡稱DTS），並作初步之信度與效度探討。方法：將DTS英文版經由二階段翻譯而完成中文版，並收集182位921大地震之受災民眾及救難人員進入研究，完成填寫量表及與精神科專科醫師會談，其中有73位符合DSM-IV創傷後壓力疾患之診斷。結果：整體量表之Cronbach's α為0.97，折半信度方面為0.96。當選擇總分44分作為分割點時，可以得到最佳之診斷正確率（85%）。針對創傷後壓力疾患者之因素分析結果顯示可抽取出四個因素，分別與對外界反應麻木、被再度體驗、逃避、及過度覺症狀群有關。結論：中文版戴氏創傷量表具有良好之信度與效度，適合運用於大規模篩檢，以便於能夠有效地尋找出可能之個案。

　　　　　Objective: To test the reliability and validity of a translated Chinese version of the Davidson Trauma Scale (DTS). Methods: We translated the DTS into a Chinese version through a two-stage translation. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of DTS were then tested on a group of 182 subjects which was comprised of 9-21 (September 21, 1999) earthquake victims and rescuers. Among them, 73 subjects met the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria of post-traumatic stress disorder. Results: The scale demonstrated good internal consistency (Cronbach's α=0.97, spilt-half=0.96). The diagnostic accuracy was 85% at a DTS score of 44. In PTSD-diagnosed subjects, the factor structure closely resembled the traditional grouping of symptoms, including numbness, hyperarousal, intrusive re-experiencing, and avoidance. Conclusions: This study reveals that the Chinese version of DTS has good reliability and validity. It offers promise as a scale which is particularly suited to assess symptom severity, frequency, and treatment outcome, and in screening for a likely diagnosis of PTSD.
