　　在顧客對產品需求快速變移、產品技術迅速創新及市場競爭日趨激烈之環境下，積極提昇製造彈性能力己成為廠商因應環境急劇變動的重要策略之一；基於製造彈，控能力係廠商因應各種環境因素高度不確定性的重要方法之一，因此探討環境因素不確定性對製造彈性能力的影響性為本文之研究議題。本文以國內87家製造廠商之資料，利用因素分析及複迴歸模式進行實證'研究結論顯示不同環境因素之不確定性對新產品彈性、產量彈性及產品範疇彈性具不同的影響關係。
　　In the face of uncertain product demand, prompt product innovation and fierce market competition, increasing manufacturing flexibility capabilities is a critical issue for firms to quickly response the environmental variabilities. To explore the impact of environmental uncertainty factors on manufacturing flexibility capabilities is the research issue. Beside, this study uses factor analysis and multiple regressive model to testify the hypothesises based on data collected from 87 manufacturing firms. Our research findings are as fol1ows: The different factors of environmental uncertainty have the different effect on new product flexibility, volume flexibility, and product range flexibility.
