     本文探討策略聯盟管理與聯盟績效之間的關係。採用實證研究方法,以臺灣地區前1000大製造業和前500大服務業作為研究母群體,以等距隨機抽樣方法抽取800家製造業,400家服務業合計1200家企業作為研究對象,郵寄調查問卷。探討主題有二:(1)聯盟管理與聯盟績效之間是否有顯著性相關?(2)聯盟主觀與客觀績效之間是否有顯著性相關?研究結果發現:(1)聯盟管理的「聯盟規劃」、「聯盟控制」與聯盟績效有顯著性相關;(2)聯盟客觀績效的「穩定」和「存活」兩項因子與主觀績效有顯著性相關。研究的發現與討論,以及其在管理上的隱涵性貢獻,可以提供企業參與策略聯盟參考,可以提高聯盟管理的效率,發揮預期的聯盟績效,以達成企業的策略性目標,增進企業競爭優勢。
     The objective of this article is to study the relationship between alliance management and performance. The population is top 1,000 manufactures and top 500 services firms in Taiwan. Empirical research method is applied to verify research model and hypothesis. 800 manufactures and 400 services firms are randomly selected as the research objectives. The main topics are: (1) to study the correlation between the alliance management and the alliance performance, (2) to study the relationship between alliance objective performance and subjective performance. The findings of the research results are: (1) the alliance performance between alliance objective performance (stability and survival) and alliance subjective performance reaches significant correlation, (2) the alliance planning and alliance control of alliance management reaches significant correlation on the alliance performance. The results of the research can provide the firm the reference to select the proper alliance strategy to raise the management performance. It can predict the alliance performance to meet the firm's strategy target and raise the advantage of competition.
