本研究針對景文技術學院餐飲管理、旅運管理及旅館管理三科學生，以問卷調查方式瞭解其資訊需求及資訊尋求的管道與方式。希望調查結果能提供餐旅類科教師調整課內容與方式的參考，同時也能提供給設有餐旅類科的技術學院圖書館，做為瞭解讀者需求的依據改進讀者服務的參考。

　　　　　The Study samples the students in the Hospitality departments in Jin-Wen Institute of Technology and aims to understand the information needs as well as channels and methods used to seek the information by these students. The results of this study are intended to provide references to Hospitality lecturers in planning the curriculum. It also serves as inputs to the libraries with Hospitality collection in enhancing knowledge on readers' needs and thus improving services to the readers.
