過去有關口語評估語之綜合評判運算的最後結果仍為單一評估語。為更貼切表達群體決策成員對特定方案之最後評估意見，本研究所提出之口語綜合評判函數之最後運算結果為（形容詞，口語評估語）型式（例如（非常，好）），並針對口語評估語的綜合評判函數提出一套建構程序。本篇論文有二項結果：透過自行研究的量表進行意見調查與統計分析，在無情境配合下人們對日常口語評語集合及形容詞集合的認知進行排序，並據以得到關於偏好關係“＞”的線序（linear ordering）集；接著，根據上述之線序關係為基礎提出綜合評判函數並建立群體決策之口語綜合評判模式。本論文之建構程序可做為組織或企業群體決策制訂共同決策程序的依據。綜言之，本文之建構程序能提昇群體決策之品質。

　　　　　Past researches have been focused on aggregating many verbal terms, which come from a non-empty label set for evaluating alternatives, are given by decision makers. Instead of an single verbal term belonged to label set as a final result of them, the type of final result (hedge, verbal term) is proposed to represent the spirited desire of decision makers in this paper. And then, the procedures that construct an aggregation function are conducted. There are two results have been obtained from this paper; to find the linear ordering for hedge and verbal sets via questionnaire, and construct a verbal aggregation associated with group decision making model. In this paper, the proposed processes of constructing group decision making model could be used as a basis to organize common group decision processes for decision teams of business or organization. In a word, the proposed processes can help decision makers to increase quality of group decision making.
