　　　　　本研究係基於建構式理論來規劃與建置網路教學系統，此一教學系統提供師生透過網際網路進行學習及互動。本研究依據教學理論分析網\路教學系統功能，並根據這些指引以發展網路教學平台。透過特殊教育通論課程系統，已經有2200位以上的學者共同參與特殊教育通論課程。完成課程之學習後，調查統計分析結果，網路教學具正面之評價，本系統所發展之功能，可作為網路教學平台改進及後續研究之參考。
　　　　　 This study is based on the theorem of constructivism to design and built web-based instructional system. This instructional system provides students and instructors for learning and teaching activities through the Internet. The purpose of this study was to analyze Web-Based Instructional System function, and according these guidelines to develop Web-Based Instructional System. There were 2200 learners participated special education general concept course in this Instructional system. After completion of the course, a questionnaire survey will be analyze the results of positive evaluation. It can improve web-based instructional system and used as references for follow-up studies.
