     美國師資培育革新政策,最近受到由「教學與美國未來國家委員會」出版的《什麼最重要:為美國未來而教》、《做什麼是最重要:投入有素質的教學》兩份報告書影響至鉅,此二報告書均強調教師教學專業,可以創造教育美好願景。本研究旨在了解美國師資培育政策革新的理由和報告書的內容、建議、評價等事實,並針對報告書的評價再思發現:美國師資培育理由在於發揮教學專業績效,師資培育力量結合民間團體和國家委員會,師資培育成果強調以行動方案實際參與教師專業發展。儘管美國師資培育革新備受肯定,但仍有理論和實務知識缺乏聯結,大學本位和學校本位文化區隔,績效責任與教學意識關係淡薄等困境,因此,進行師資培育問題的規劃,在組織結構應聯繫好大學本位和學校本位,教育資源宜兼顧獎勵績效與評鑑控制,教學專業需均衡專家經驗與設計標準。
