     隨著資訊科技的廣泛應用與發展,電腦與通訊網路的整合,全球化市場趨勢的來臨與區域性經濟的結合,使得產業所面臨的環境產生變化,電子商務(Electronic Commerce)應用逐漸浮現與受重視,並不斷蓬勃發展,業已成為產業競爭的動力與全球各國經濟持續發展成長的關鍵,觀察跨世紀經貿環境特質乃是快速度的變遷、激烈的競爭與顧客多元化的需求,實在需要運用低成本、高效率的作業方式,來迅速傳遞市場與供銷者間的訊息,而能規劃適當的策略,必能引導創造顧客的價值,以預應未來的發展。總的來說,電子商務尚缺乏一致性的定義,一般而言,乃是藉由通訊網路藉以分享企業資訊,維持企業關係並執行企業間交易;其範圍涵蓋了企業對企業(Business to Business: B to B)、企業對顧客(Business to Consumer: B to C)等。 此一新興的工具對現行行銷策略的影響及其所產生的新興市場,企業應如何因應、如何經營,各方仍有不同的看法。本文欲探討電子商務行銷策略所建構的經營模式及其未來發展趨勢,並對企業界提出處在電子商務時代的行銷策略模式建議,俾供產業界規劃參考運用。
