This practice-oriented essay tries to explore the interaction experience of fund-raising collaboration between non-profit organizations and corporation. In-depth interviews were used to collect data in this qualitative research. Twenty-two participants were recruited from 12 social welfare organizations and 10 business corporations. The findings show that "power", "benefits" and "organizational culture" are the key factors of collaboration between non-profit organizations and corporation on fund-raising. Form these key factors, the interaction model can be established as "power model", "benefits model", "power - benefits model" and "organizational culture model".
