本文介紹了機器翻譯的歷史和現狀，著重地介紹基於規則的機器翻譯、基於語料庫的機器翻譯、基於實例的機器翻譯、口語機器翻譯、互連網路上的機器翻譯，分析了這些機器翻譯系統的理論基礎和處理技術。

In this paper, the past and present statues of machine translation are introduced. The paper concentrates to introduce the rule-based MT system, the corpus-based MT system, the example-based MT system, the speech MT system and the Internet MT system. The theoretical basis and processing technique are analyzed.
