     海外投資之進入模式的選擇是企業國際化的首要課題,本文延續交易成本觀點,探討各種交易情境對於新創獨資、合資、購買等三種投資模式選擇的影響;所涵蓋的交易問題包括資產專屬性、環境不確定性與國家市場經驗的互動關係、內部不確定性與國外企業管理經驗的互動關係、資訊不對稱性、不可消化性、產業信譽障礎等,分屬國家層次、產業層次與公司層次。在理論推導下,以命題推論在特定交易情境中,廠商將傾向採取新創獨資、合資或購買當地企業的投資模式。
