個案為一位38歲女性中風病患，因右側肢體無力及構音困難至本院求診。經檢查後診斷左側中大腦動脈梗塞，原因為高安氏動脈炎。筆者於88年6月25日至88年7月22日運用羅氏適應模式分析 ,發現個案於急性期有組織灌流改變、身體活動功能障礙、自我照顧能力缺失、身體心像改變及無力感等五項問題。護理期間，運用高安氏動脈炎及腦中風照顧的相關知識，協助個案，使個案在住院期間接受腦中風的事實，能漸進地進步到獨立執行日常生活活動。本報告呈現此特殊病例之護理經驗，以期提升專業之臨床照護。

　　　　　A 38-year-old female stroke patient was admitted with right hemiparesis and dysarthria. After a series of laboratory tests, a diagnosis of Takayasu's arteritis involving the left middle cerebral artery was confirmed. During care of this patient from June 25, 1999 to July 22, 1999, Roy's adaptation model was used to plan care which centered on five nursing problems: impaired tissue perfusion, physical immobility, self-care deficit, body image disturbance, and powerlessness. During nursing care, knowledge of Takayasu's arteritis and stroke was used to assist the patient to accept the fact a stroke had occurred and to gradually help her become independent in performing daily activities. The aim of this case report is to provide information that will improve professional clinical nursing care of patients with Takayasu's arteritis.
