     本文主要是要強調反省教學是教師實務工作的核心,因此,本文首先探究反省教學的意涵,其次則是闡述反省的類型與範圍,然後說明反省思考教學的重要性,最後則是提出教師進行反省思考的五項策略: 一、蒐集教學的實務經驗及事件。 二、簡單明瞭寫下發生的事。 三、分析事件發生的原因。 四、探詢事件可能的意義。 五、思索對教學實務有何意涵。
     This article emphasizes that reflective teaching is at the heart of teacher's profession. First, it gives a general description of the meaning of reflective teaching. Second, it introduces the types and fields of reflection. Third, it emphasizes the importance of reflective teaching. Last but not least, it offers the five proposals to reflective thinking for teachers. 1.Collect stories.? 2.What happened? 3.Why might it mean? 4.What might it mean? 5.What are the implications for practice?
