本文旨在探究校長專業檔案的發展治革、意義、目的、規準、內容與建構歷程，其次論述校長專業檔案在校長專業成長、校長評鑑、校長生涯進階發展之應用以及所應注意的事項，最後，則據以對教育行政機關、師資培育機構與校長等提出多項建議，以供推動我國中小學校長專業檔案之參考。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the history, definition, purpose, criteria, content and construction of principal professional portfolio. And then this paper explains the applications of principal portfolio for the professional growth, evaluation and career advancement of principals. Finally, in order to implement principal portfolio practices effectively, this paper also makes some recommendations for the administration authorities, teacher education institutions and school principals respectively.
