本研究以本土教室中的教師為焦點,實際觀察他們在日常教學情境中如何進行評量的工作,然後從其日常教學實務工作中,探索教師對於評量相關課題的知覺,本研究以一所台北市國小中年級教師為個案,探討教師所處學校脈絡和近年來課程的改革,對於教師之評量信念與實踐之影響。本研究的研究目的有下列幾點:1. 探討個案教師在日常生活情境中,如何進行學習評量。2. 探討個案教師對於實施於教室中的評量之覺知,她所持的信念,及從信念到實踐的關鍵事件及其作決定過程。3. 探討個案教師在統整課程情境脈絡中,其所遭遇的評量困境為何,其又如何實施多元評量。本研究乃採個案研究,採用教室觀察與錄影、個案訪談與錄音、相關文件資料蒐集等三種方式產出個案的資料,以瞭解我國小學教師在日常生活情境中,實施學習評量的信念、方式和可能影響因素。本研究結論為:教師的評量信念與實踐受到個人專業背景、學校文化及專業發展之影響,教師實踐多學科課程統整與檔案評量受限既有課程結構與時數,持學生自我成長導向信念的教師較支持檔案評量,教師評量自主與持續專業成長有助於多元評量的實踐。最後提出對我國學習評量制度革新的建議。
