題名：非同步網路教學之學習成效影響因素研究

　　　　　在二十一世紀資訊科技時代，網路學習已成為新趨勢。如何提昇網路學習成效為一重要的研究議題。本研究以曾參與網路學習之學員為對象，評估並探討網路學習成效之因素，主要研究內容與問卷調查分析結果為：(1)影響網路學習成效之因素－典型相關與皮爾森積差相關分析結果一致，五個影響因素分別為課程內容、課程互動、課程資訊、學員資訊素養、系統與網路品質；(2)五個影響因素在性別、年齡、職業、參與次數與上網時數上是否有顯著差異－課程內容及學員資訊素養在性別上有顯著差異，系統與網路品質在參與人數上有顯著差異，課程互動在職業與上網時數上有顯著差異，其餘均無顯著差異；(3)三個評估網路學習成效之指標在性別、年齡、職業、參與次數與上網時數上是否有顯著差異－學員滿意度在上網時數上有顯著差異，學習績效在年齡、職業及上網時數上有顯著差異，使用頻率在年齡、職業、參與次數與上網時數上有顯著差異，其餘均無顯著差異；(4)學員使用較頻繁之網路教學系統功能－最新消息、課程討論與群組討論；(5)網路學習遭遇的主要問題及困難－網路的頻寬及速度、網路品質的不穩定性與系統運作的穩定性。研究結果期可提供後續參與網路學習學員獲得較佳之學習效果、網路學習教師較合適之網路教學策略與系統開發者設計較佳之網路教學系統。
