題名:初任教師導入方案:一個亟待推動與研究的教改方案

初任教師導入是提昇中小學教師專業素質的重要方法之一。本文旨在探討當前亟待研究與推動的教育改革方案─初任教師導入方案。首先,闡述初任教師困境與需求,以及我國對初任教師導入方案研究與實務規劃不足等議題。其次,則以美英紐日等教育先進國家的經驗,分析其對初任教師導入方案設計規劃的現況與實施的特色,以及探究其對初任教師導入方案所進行的相關研究與發現。 最後,再從研究與實務推動兩方面,分別提出對初任教師導入方案的展望與建議。在未來實務推動上的建議為:一、修訂師資培育法部份條文,提供導入教育推動依據;二、糾合教育社群人力資源,共同設計、規劃及評鑑導入方案;三、方案規劃目標應以提高教師專業發展與學生學習成效為主;四、方案設計應具有具體明確的實施過程與內容;五、致力提供適配行政配套,累積導入方案實施動能;六、設置初任教師專責研修單位,提供驗證理論與實務的機會。至於在未來研究方向上,則包括:一、全面分析初任教師教學需求性,以為規劃導入方案的參照;二、調查實務人員對初任教師導入方案的知覺,作為導入方案實施的依據;三、探討導入方案對教育的影響與應用,提供導入方案的驗證與支持;四、結合各種研究方法學,以獲得深入的導入方案資訊。
Beginning teacher induction program is one of the most important tasks for improving teacher professional quality. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss why and how to establish the program in Taiwan. Firstly, this paper explains the importance of the program and its current conditions in Taiwan. Then, this paper analyzes the programs in United State, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Japan. Furthermore, this paper reviews the related research about the program. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions for the implementation and research of beginning teacher induction in Taiwan.
