今日宗教間的對話一直無有效的成果，其可能性有二：首先，宗教對話難以在傳統「信仰真理」上產生共識；其次，宗教對話若不涉及實際利益則無法有共識 。從基督教的立場來看， 在任何的對話中，都可以或隱或顯地看到「宣教主義」的影子。本文將從基督教「宣教主義」對話觀作為討論的起點，暸解宣教主義者所把握的真理標準一一「排他式」的宗教真理觀以及「包容式」的宗教真理觀，並「多元主義者」的反動，同時找出兩者差異的癥結。接著將把視野轉回台灣，從台灣基督長老教會傳統中找出其作為宗教對話的內在因素，以及其困難之所在。綜上所述，筆者將提出四個思考進路一一意識型態的解構、「宗教版圖」概念的建立、對人的尊嚴的絕對尊重、自我圓滿與利益共享一一作為今日宗教間對話的基本態度。筆者相信，就基督教的立場而言，「宣教」的基本因子是無法消除的，但是可以用「對生命的邀請」來定義「宣教」：亦即邀請所有人展現「對生命的敬畏」，邀請所有宗教與非宗教人士一起來肯定生命、保護生命、並邀請他們享受共同的生命和永恆的生命，這也許是一個新的起點。

　　　　　There are no effective achievements of dialogue between religions today. There're two possible reasons. First, the religious dialogue is hard to have the common sense in traditional truth of belief; second, the religious dialogue without any practical benefit cannot result in common sense. From the position of Christianity, in any situation of dialogue, we can see the shadow of missionism obviously or unobviously. This discuss of context will start with the truth criteria of missionism- - the religion truth of exclusivism and inclusivism, to find out the key point of difference between them, and to mention the reflections of pluralism. Further, we look back at Taiwan to search the inner cause and the difficulties of religious dialogue from the tradition of Taiwan Presbyterian To conclude I will mention 4 ways - -the deconstruction of Ideology, the building up of territory of religion, the absolute respect of human dignity, and self-achievement of benefit to share with- - to be basical attitude of dialogue of religions nowadays. And I make sure, from the position of Christianity, the basic element of mission is impossible to be canceled. However, we can make use of invitation of life to define the word "Mission", that is to say, we invite all people expose the respect of life and invite all the religious and religious less men to support and protect life. And besides, invite them to enjoy the common and eternal life. Maybe it's a new start point.
