本文探討圖書館法公布之後，著作權法應依法保護圖書館，撰者分析主管機關解釋令函檢索資料庫中相關圖書館的代表性個案，肯定智財局的成就，也期望圖書館界本身能配合因應。

　　　　　This paper analyzes cases of libraries being protected under the Copyright Law after the Library Law promulgated. The Intellectual Property Office has proved to be worthy of its accomplishment with regard to the protection of libraries, and librarians should do the best to comply with the Copyright Law.
