     本研究之目的在探討肌酸增補劑對舉重選手舉重成績的影響。研究以20位舉重專長的大學生為對象,依比賽之體重分級隨機配對,將受試者分為肌酸組與安慰劑組。肌酸組每天給予每公斤體重0.3公克的肌酸補充劑,為期六天;安慰劑組則給予相同劑量之麥芽糊精。受試者服用補充劑前、後均以槓鈴測量舉重之最佳抓舉、挺舉成績,並計算總和;收集之資料以相依樣本t考驗比較同組內服用前、後之差異。結果顯示:肌酸組之挺舉成績在服用後由原先之122.75±26.86公斤,進步至125.50±28.98公斤,達顯著之差異(p< .05);抓、挺舉之總和在服用前、後分別為217.25±44.91及221.00±47.67公斤,亦達顯著之差異(p< .05);而安慰劑組服用前、後之抓舉、挺舉成績則無顯著之變化。本研究結果顯示補充肌酸將有助於舉重選手挺舉成績的提升。
     The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of creatine supplementation on the performance of weightlifters. Twenty volunteers were divided into a creatine (0.3 g?kg-1?d-1 for 6 days) group and a placebo group (same dosage of maltodextrin) by using a double-blind research design. Before-and-after supplementation, snatch, and clean & jerk of weightlifting were measured. The data in the same groups were analyzed by paired t-test. The results indicate that the volume of clean & jerk as well as total lifting for the creatine group increased (p<0.05) from 122.75 ± 26.86 kg to 125.50 ± 28.98 kg and 217.25 ± 44.91 kg to 221.00 ± 47.67 kg, respectively. No significant difference in the parameters was noted for the placebo group before or after supplementation. It is concluded that creatine supplementation can enhance the performance of weightlifters.
