The purposes of this study were: 1.) to analyze the results of the enrollment of elective PE courses for Hsing-wu College by the Internet; 2.) to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the work of elective PE courses for Hsing-wu College. The participants in this study were 2,123 students of Hsing-wu College in 2001 including the fourth and fifth grades of junior college (N=1,442), the second grade of two-year junior college (N=268) and second grades of two-year col1ege (N=413). The percentage was used to analyze the rate of students who did not join the work of elective courses; the rate of students' priority (or top three choices). The index of the satisfactory degree was used to evaluate the satisfactory degree of students, and compute "the rate of change courses" and "the rate of taking course". The study found that the percentage of the degree of satisfaction was 88.31 %, the rate of changing courses was 4.17%, the rate of taking courses was 55.1 %. Based on these findings, the advantages and disadvantages of the elective courses at Hsing-wu College were discussed, the results of which could serve as references for the elective PE courses by the Internet in the future.
