本文認為《莊子‧天下》在評論墨家學派時出現了一個明顯的錯誤：它將名家與墨家的邏輯論爭與墨子後學內部的分歧混淆起來。本文依據《墨子》及相關資料就此作了考辨，並分析了產生這一失誤的原因。同時進一步考察了在戰國時變之際墨子後學的演變。

In "Zhuangzi, Tianxia", a mistake has been made by Zhuangzi in his comments on Mozi. That is, he has confused the internal conflict between Post-Mozi with the external conflict between Nominalism and Mozi. Based on "Mozi" and some other documents concerned, the author of this paper analyses the causes of the mistake and explores further the Post-Mozi theories in the condition of the change in the Warring Age.
