　　　　　本研究利用網站測試工具WebQA檢查「Yahoo!奇摩」分類的125個中文之線上學習網站，結果發現只有14.2%的網頁通過網頁內容可及性規範的第一優先等級自動檢測，大多數的學習網站都有主要的網頁可及性錯誤，這將會造成某些使用者或團體無法瀏覽其網頁，同時也抹煞了全球資訊網人人共用共享的優勢與本質。

　　　　　This study utilized WebQA, a website quality testing tool, to assess the accessibility of 125 Chinese online learning web sites of Taiwan. The test results showed that only 14.2% passed the automatic checkpoints of Priority 1. In other words, most of existing web sites still have critical accessibility barriers that make it difficult or impossible for everyone to access information on those web sites.
