近幾年來，由於「檔案法」的公佈，檔案開放腳步增快，在檔案的提供使用上，勢必越來越重視「使用者」導向的觀念。檔案館參服務並非一成不變的，會隨著環境變化與技術的發展而調整及應變。本文探討各項館參服務、國內外檔案館及中央研究院近代史研究所檔案館之館參服務之概況。
