電腦科技的興起，徹底的改變許多組織的經營模式，這當然也包括辦公室的管理策略。因此，一個專業的體育行政人員，必須能有效的運用電腦科技，更有效率的處理每天繁重的任務。本文旨在探討體育行政人員使用電腦的障礙，並了解體育行政人員使用電腦的頻率。藉此調查，可以提供日後相關研究之參考。
