教學設計與教育訓練必須達成提昇學習興趣與學習效能的目標,才能符合學習者的需求以面對知識爆炸的學習環境。而需求評估為課程設計之首要。本研究以有欣賞力的探詢(Appreciative Inquiry)方式作為需求評估的工具,有別於制式的問題導向式的思維,藉以發掘出核心議題,希冀作為日後從事課程設計者發展教學設計的參考依據。為達研究目的,本研究以某技術學院五專部四五年級學生為研究對象,編制了一份符合有欣賞力的探詢原則與精神的開放式需求評佔問卷,並針對部份學生佐以面談,請學生對「管理」相關課程,提昇學習興趣與學習效能的最適課程模式,提出想法,並以內容分析歸納出理想課程設計的核心議題,提供給日後「管理」相關課程設計者作為參考。
