題名:雙重承諾理論系統下之生涯階段對員工組織退卻行為與組織公民行為的影響:以護理從業人員為例

在人力資源管理研究中,較少學者針對生涯階段、承諾變項與工作行為之間的關係加以探討。於此議題的重要性,本研究調查272位不同生涯階段之護理從業人員之承諾與工作行為。分析結果指出:第一,不同生涯階段的護理人在組織承諾與專業承諾上有顯著的差異;第二,組織承諾與專業承諾會影響到她們的組織退卻行為、本份行為與組織公民行為。基於上述研究。
