      IOC將大麻歸類為"有某些限制之藥物"中的麻藥類,並規定尿液中(△9-THC-COOH)之濃度大於15ng/ml則判定為陽性。大麻成分中以△9-THC為主要具有精神作用的物質,會讓人產生幻覺及陶醉慼。吸食大麻會縮短最大運動時間,且從事次最大運動時心跳率會增加,基本上使用大麻並不會增進運動表現;此外大麻會產生影響中樞神經系統、呼吸系統、心血管系統、免疫系統以及生殖系統方面的副作用。
     IOC classed marijuana as the drags subject to certain restrictions. A concentration in the urine of △9-THC-COOH greater than 15ng/ml is considered to be a report positive test and is prohibited. The major psychoactive ingredient in marijuana is △9-THC, which can cause both euphoria and hallucination. Smoking marijuana decreases exercise test duration in maximal exercise test and increases the heart rate at submaximal levels of exercise. Basically, marijuana can not improve exercise performance. In addition, it will affect the central neural system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, immune system, and reproductive function.
