臺灣資訊產業對台灣經濟有很大的貢獻,同時資訊產品通路商亦扮演著資訊產品製造商和零售商之間重要的橋樑。本研究探討資訊產品零售業者對資訊產品通路商的評選準則,包括三個構面,分別是產品面、技術面及支援面;每個構面下,又有數個評估準則。問卷發放對象為台灣資訊產品零售業者,根據問卷結果分析受訪者對不同指標之偏好,並在同一問卷中對台灣前五大資訊產品通路業者進行評估,本研究以TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)及灰關聯方法對五家通路商進行評估。研究結果可供資訊產品通路商了解其市場地位及未來需加強之處。
Taiwan IT industry has made big contribution to Taiwan’s economy and IT product distributors have emerged as a bridge between the IT manufacturers and IT retailers. This paper studies Taiwan IT retailers’ evaluation criteria for the assessing of IT distributors. There are three perspectives with respect to IT retailers’ aspects, namely the product aspect, the technology aspect and the support aspect. Under each aspects perspective, there are second-tier attributes, which can be used to assess to what extent the first-tier objective is satisfied. Taiwan IT retailers were surveyed to collect their preferences on these attributes. A final set of weighting factors associated with each of the attributes is derived. Taiwan IT retailers’ opinions on the top five IT distributors were multiplied by the weighting factors to compute the utility scores of the five IT distributors. Besides, TOPSIS and Grey Relation are also used to rank the performance of the IT distributors. The findings of this research can help Taiwan IT distributors understand their respective market positions and areas of improvements.
